I’m hoping that this can be a small platform to have opportunity to refresh. If you’re finding yourself online overloaded, you’re welcomed to join without video portion (your screen and/or mine), and treat this as some unique version of audio-guided-active-movement-meditation… or a strange audio book:)
Ilan Lev Method works with movements and is a complementary therapy, and it doesn’t substitute for traditional medical treatment nor medications.
I’m wondering during this time in navigation with the virus, if those who may benefit from such work are lacking in opportunity. In attempt to forward that opportunity and in my small gesture to donate, for any individual and/or organization (not limited to tagged below) who are interested, please feel free to join as my guest to the online movement session (above mentioned “january specials”).
Sending big smiles and good health:)
many thank you, sahara
